Bon Island - Only a few minutes by boat from Rawai, enjoy lunch by the beach.
Buddha Island - Famous for it's temple but not a beach for sunbathing
Coconut Island - Take a boat from Laem Hin near Phuket Town to this less known island.
Coral Island - Choice of three beaches. Lots of tourists.
James Bond Island - Sight seeing not a beach for swimming, snorkelling or sunbathing.
Maiton Island - Now owned by a hotel.
Naka Island - Famous for the Pearl Farm at Naka Noi, but Naka Yai is the place for day-trippers looking for the beach or accommodation at it's resorts.
Rang Island - Privately owned island with an eco-tourism resort and also a Pearl Farm
Phi Phi Islands -  Recommended to stay overnight to enjoy the island to the full, and escape the day-trippers. Take a longtail boat around the islands and bays.http://www.phiphi-ferry.com/
