Spoonful of Sugar is not easy to find as it is almost hidden by trees, the easiest thing is do is to drive along Soi Sai Yuan from Chalong Circle and look for the signboard on your left or follow the road from Rawai / Nai Harn and look for the sign on your right. It is close to 7-11, the Post Office and Nai Harn Gym and you can also see a clearer location on street view on the map below.

I first heard about this place from visitors to Phuket Coconut Paradise Villas who had mentioned it in their Guest Book Comments, then also on Trip Advisor, and then in an article in the Phuket Gazette. I've been intending to get there for ages and when I finally got there I wasn't disappointed! Friendly people, delicious cakes and a very relaxing place surrounded by trees. Next time I'm going to try their toasted sandwiches.
There is a choice of indoor and outdoor seating with both high and low tables each with a different style. Although the cafe is street-side it still remains a very tranquil place.
