Krua Teochew Samgong - ครัวแต้จิ๋ว สามกอง

Having moved several times this restaurant will close in August 2020 and will relocate to Bangkok.

Sometimes it's hard to find 'different' food in Phuket's small restaurants, it's usually Hokkien Noodles, Dim Sum, Kanom Jeen or typical Thai food, but Krua Teochew offers Chinese style food following the original recipes. I chose 'Chinese Steamed Noodles' and wasn't disappointed!

This is not a noodle shop (I thought it was) and the menu includes such delicacies as Steamed Grouper and judging by the large round Chinese Style revolving tables this is a place to come with friends!

Krua Teochew is located on the road that runs between Vachira Hospital and Bangkok Hospital and is easily missed, so look for the wall you see in the photo above and find a parking space!

Update 2014 - Krua Teochew has now moved to Kathu near Maksong Resort
