Mee Koh Lahn is a tiny Noodle Shop located almost opposite the school in Satun Road and is the kind of place you would walk past, but if you are in Satun Road then stop and try the Fried Hokkien Noodles, they're not what you find in most noodle shops in town and I enjoyed watching him making them more than I enjoyed the noodles themselves!
This was the end result of all that action! Noodles with Soy Sauce, pork and fish meatballs
ร้านหมี่โกล้านเป็นร้านดั้งเดิมของจังหวัดภูเก็ตที่มีมานานแล้ว สืบทอดกันมารุ่นต่อรุ่นโดยมีต้นตำรับมาจากเมืองจีน. บะหมี่ราดหน้า ใช้เส้นบะหมี่ไปทอดให้เส้นเกรียมๆ หอม ทำน้ำราดหน้าใส่หมูแดงและลูกชิ้นปลา ปรุงรสด้วยซีอิ้วขาว ซีอิ้วดำเท่านั้น ตามแบบฉบับอาหารจีนฮกเกียน (ไม่ใส่เต้าเจี้ยวแบบราดหน้าแต้จิ๋ว)
